Iuridicum Foundation is the publisher of law journals Juridica and Juridica International and the online publisher of the commented edition of the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia. As of 2003, the foundation is one of the organizers of the Estonian Lawyers' Days.

The decision to establish the Iuridicum Foundation was made on November 28, 1997 at a council meeting of the University of Tartu. The resolution approving the foundation's articles of association was signed on December 23, 1997.

The Iuridicum Foundation was entered into the register of non-profit associations and foundations  on February 9, 1998.
