Two days are filled with sixteen parallel sessions with more than 80 experts – the conference takes off with a plenary meeting and ends with a final meeting.

The programme has been assembled by the Estonian Lawyers Union, the Estonian Academic Law Society, Ministry of Justice, Supreme Court, the Office of the Chancellor of Justice, School of Law of the University of Tartu, Iuridicum Foundation, the Constitutional Law Endowment Panel of the Estonian Academy of Sciences, Estonian Bar Association, Office of the Prosecutor General, Chamber of Notaries, Estonian Association of Judges, the Estonian Chamber of Bailiffs and Trustees in Bankruptcy and School of Governance, Law and Society of the Tallinn University.
